Marcher bags are meticulously crafted and manufactured in the USA, just outside of Portland, Oregon. We source materials from the U.S. and around the world to ensure your bag is the perfect mix of durability and softness.

BAG CARE + QUALITY
How do I care for my Marcher bag?
The exterior of Marcher bags are made with a soft, yet protected leather and should be cared for on a regular basis. If your bag does happen to get dirty, we recommend using a damp, soft cloth to clean it, and let your bag air dry. Every 6 months to 1 year, we also recommend you care for your bag with a leather conditioner, which can be purchase from a shoe repair store or an online retailer.
The interior of Marcher bags are made with a durable and water-resistant material that can be easily cleaned. If the inside of your bag gets dirty, mix a cleaning solution of warm water and mild soap. Dampen a soft cloth with the solution and wipe down the interior. Heavier duty stains can be treated with a spot cleaner and wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Our products are designed and crafted with premium quality materials and construction methods. We stand behind the materials and make of our bags and will address any quality concerns beyond normal wear and tear. ORDERS + RETURNS
Why are you offering Pre-orders? What exactly is a Pre-order?
We are offering pre-orders as a way to reserve and purchase your bag(s) in a specific colorway, in advance of our upcoming product launch. Note that pre-launch pre-orders are available for a special discounted price for a limited amount of time.
When you pre-order a bag, you do so with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than purchase date. Once your bag is available, it will ship to you via preferred shipping method.
Will my credit card be charged with a Pre-order?
For a pre-order, your payment info (credit card number, billing + shipping address) is required at point of purchase. Your card will be charged at point of purchase, and our team will continue to provide updates regarding shipping timelines. We thank you for your early commitment to purchase your bag, and we provide ongoing updates regarding when your bag will ship.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or do need to cancel, please e-mail us at email@example.com 24 hours of placing your order. We will respond as quickly as possible to try to accommodate your request.
Unfortunately my order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We want to resolve any issues you have with any damaged (new and unused) product you received in your order. If for some reason you do receive damaged items, please contact us immediately within receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us your order number, a description of the damage, as well as pictures of the specific damage. Once we have a chance to review the issue, we will reach out to you with details regarding next steps. Typically this is within 72 hours of receipt of the issue. Please note that we may need to have the product returned to review the damage before resolution is reached. Please note that this applies to only new, unused product and Marcher, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear due to use.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the date in which your order was received. All returned merchandise must be received by Marcher in its original condition, not having been worn or used. Any supplemental items (i.e., detachable straps) associated with the original merchandise must be included in the return as well. Returned items that are worn, used or altered will not be accepted.
If your return meets these terms, your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Note that the credit will not be applied to your original form of payment until the return merchandise is received and approved by Marcher.
To request a return, please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we review and approve your return, we’ll respond within 24 hours with details to manage your return.
What is your exchange policy?
Due to the limited nature of our inventory, we currently don't offer exchanges. We recommend planning a new order for the bag you'd prefer, and return your current order for a refund, per our return policy.
How will my order ship?
We are pleased to offer complimentary free ground shipping, and your order will be fulfilled in 24-48 hours after your order is placed.
Does Marcher ship internationally?
Currently we are only able to ship within the United States.
