Hello Friends!
Hope you have had a wonderful and relaxing holiday season. I know how busy this time of year is for all of us, and hoping you have found time for yourself and can find some quiet moments as 2022 winds down.
Many of us use the week between Christmas and New Years to reflect and think about all that we want for the new year. I've never been big on traditional resolutions or the whole "new year, new YOU" concept. No need for a "new you" when you're already awesome as you are!
Instead, I like to look back at the year and celebrate all that has transpired. It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day, the to-do lists, etc. and forget about the BIG moments and all we've accomplished throughout the year. And once I've had a chance to reflect on all the gifts of the past year, I'm pretty jazzed to think about the incredible possibilities for the upcoming year.
Over the years, I've tried lots of tools for this process. There are certainly some great journals and other tools out there for visioning and goal setting. But I could never find a tool or system that resonated with me. So, I decided to roll up my sleeves and come up with a method that I think works so well...and I'd love to share it with you!
This process will help you review this past year, then plan your own goals and dreams for the next year. And here's what I think is most important about this process: you have to celebrate your wins from the previous year before creating your goals for this year.
It's so easy to get caught up in what you want to change and what should be different. But what about what was amazing and how awesome you are?! Let's look back at the past year and recognize all that you accomplished and all that the year brought your way.
Feeling great about all of your successes and wins from last year? Great, now you can start to really dream big as you think about this year.
So, are you ready to dive into this fun and rewarding process? Then download our Annual Visioning Process Tool below. Then plan an hour or so to write, reflect, celebrate and dream! I think you'll find it to be rewarding effort that will fill you up and get you re-energized for the new year!

Patti
