Hello Friends!
Happy New Year! The new year is in full swing and hoping that you are settling into a post-holiday routine again.
I always find the first few weeks of January a bit of a whirlwind, as I unwind from the hectic pace of December and shift into thinking about all the possibilities of the year. Kudos to all the people who create their resolutions and other intentions right at the start of the new year. I just haven't been able to get my thoughts together or be in that mindset on January 1st. And before I know it, we're 3 weeks into January and I haven't sat down to start dreaming about all the things that I want for the year.
But I am never too hard on myself about this, as re-grouping after the holiday madness is no small feat! So, toward the end of January is usually when I sit down to reflect on the previous year and start to think about my big goals for this year. I've actually found it to be a great time to do so, as I feel more rested, clear headed and even more optimistic!
Over the years, I've tried lots of tools and systems for goal setting. I've picked up some tips and tricks along the way and created a method that I think works so well...and I'd love to share it with you!
I've developed a process that you can use to help you plan your own goals and dreams for the year. And here's what I think is most important about this process: you have to celebrate your wins from the previous year before creating your goals for this year.
It's so easy to get caught up in what you want to change and what should be different. But what about what was amazing and how awesome you are?! Let's look back at the past year and recognize all that you accomplished and all that the year brought your way.
Feeling great about all of your successes and wins from last year? Great, now you can start to really dream big as you think about this year.
So, are you ready to dive into this fun and rewarding process? Then download our Annual Visioning Process Tool below. Then plan an hour or so to write, reflect, celebrate and dream! I think you'll find it to be rewarding effort that will fill you up and get you re-energized for the new year!

Patti
